Premium quality
The Major Residence, which opened in the spring of 2024, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Inner Lake and the abbey lavender fields, a few minutes from the village center. Each suite offers a wonderful view of the Inner Lake and the surrounding vineyards.
We dreamed up the adults-only suites in such a way that you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the north coast from the living room and the sliding glass wall connected terrace.

The premium quality Major Residence suites have a living room connected to an American kitchen, a dining room, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The building has a wine cellar with a separate entrance and a wellness area with a Finnish & infrared sauna, and a relaxation area.
We provide our guests with one closed parking space per suite within the Major Residence area.

Booking & cancellation
Our suites are available for a minimum of 2 nights in pre- and post-season,
and for a minimum of 5 nights in the high season, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
We accept only adult guests (over 16 years old) in our suites. Thank you for your understanding!
The price includes the suite and its terrace exclusive, or the Finnish and the
infrared sauna between 17:00 and 21:00, at an agreed time in advance.

We love pets, but we do not receive them at Major Residence!
EXTRA FEE in case of cancellation
In pre- and post-season (03.01 – 05.31 and 09.30 – 12.19)
Conditions:
50% : from the day of booking to the 4th day before arrival
100%: within 4 days of arrival from the day of the booking
In high season (06.01 – 09.30 and special periods)
Conditions:
50% : from the day of booking to the 30th day before arrival
100%: within 30 days of arrival from the day of the booking
It is possible to change the date without extra charge to 30 days before arrival.
Check in: 3 - 8 pm on the day of arrival
Check out: 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Payment conditions:
The condition for finalizing the booking is the payment of the full amount. You have 72 hours to make the payment.
