Dear Guests!
We strive to make sure that you feel comfortable in our suites during your vacation. We will do our best to ensure that no circumstances disturb your peace of mind. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbing factors, please contact us immediately. In order to maintain the condition, order and cleanliness of the accommodation and furnishings, please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your own home.
The most important information regarding undisturbed rest in the suites is summarized below:
1. Payment options: transfer, payment to a bank account Accepted currencies: HUF and Euro. (€)
2. The accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly based on prior consultation.
3. When leaving the accommodation permanently, please hand over the keys to the host. Inform the host in advance about the date of this!
4. The accommodation fee will not be refunded, if you leave the accomodation earlier than the booked date.
5. When leaving the suite, leave the TV and air conditioner remote control in the apartments next to the TV set. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors and windows. The use of the air conditioning equipment is permitted only when staying in the apartment, behind closed windows and doors.
6. Only the pre-arranged number of guests can stay at the accommodation.
7. The accommodation provider has the right to check - without prior notice - whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation has been announced or paid in advance.
8. Our guests can receive visitors during the day (between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.) by prior arrangement with the host.
9. The accommodation cannot be booked until the age of 16, children between the ages of 16 and 18 are accepted under adult supervision.
10. We do not received pets in the suites!
11. In case of loss keys and/or remote controls, the guests are obliged to report this immediately and to reimburse the price and the replacement of the lock to the accommodation provider.
12. The host has no responsibility for possible material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
13. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the non-intended use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the accommodation provider.
14. Violation of the policy may result in a ban, as well as the theft or damage of objects or other measures.
15. If any problems with the suite arise during your stay, please notify the host immediately.
We cannot accept subsequent complaints!
16. It is forbidden to take the furnishings of the suite out of the house! We inspect the suites upon arrival and departure. In case of possible damage, we will settle the damage with the guest on the spot.
17. The host assumes no responsibility for valuables left at the accommodation. The protection of valuables and objects belonging to the suite is the guest's responsibility. There is a safe in the room to keep your valuables.
18. The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, bed linen with cover, weekly bed linen change for stays longer than one week, as well as final (after departure) cleaning and Wi-Fi use.
18. Wet clothes and towels should be placed on the appropriate clothes dryer, not on railings or chairs, etc. Please take care of order and cleanliness. When you leave, please do not leave unwashed dishes or garbage.
19. In case of an accident or injury, call the emergency number 112!
20. In case of a fire, use the fire extinguisher located in the designated area, start rescue immediately and call the fire department at 105 and then the host!
21. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suite! Smoking is allowed in the garden in the designated area!
22. The guests receive the suite clean, they must clean it themselves during their stay! Cleaning detergent are available for this purpose located on the basement level. Please return the vacuum cleaner, mop set and cleaning agent after use.
23. Household waste can be collect in the trash can located in the kitchen. If they are full, place them in the bin in the yard! You'll find extra bags next to the kitchen trash can. you can request another garbage bag from the host.
24. Meals: The suite has a well-equipped kitchen. Keep them clean! Do not use scouring detergents on the hob, on shiny, metal or glass surfaces.
Do not put metal containers in the microwave oven.
25. Parking: You can park in the closed courtyard free of charge! Leave the gate entrance free in any case!
26. There is no grill or outdoor kitchen for common use in the garden. Make fires is forbidden.
27. In order to ensure the tranquility of the guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make loud noises, play or listen to music in the suite, in the courtyard, in common areas between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
